Online order terms

These terms apply to hardware ordered through palasretail.com.

Prices, tax and delivery

Displayed unit prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST. GST at 18% is shown before payment. Insured Blue Dart or DTDC delivery is free for online orders. Online orders are limited to one unit per transaction.

Payment schedule

PhonePe collects 100% of the checkout total before the online order is accepted. A payment is treated as complete only after PhonePe confirms it to PALAS. Products above the standard UPI transaction limit are ordered through PALAS sales and remain payable in full before dispatch.

Product configuration

The selected operating system is recorded with the order. Optional printers, card readers, software subscriptions, installation, integration, and site-specific work are not included unless expressly shown in the order.

Availability

Products are offered subject to component availability. If PALAS cannot fulfil an accepted order, PALAS will contact the buyer and refund the amount received for that order.

Business purchases

Products are intended for commercial food-retail use. The buyer is responsible for providing correct billing, delivery, and contact information.
