Delivery and fulfilment policy

PALAS provides free insured delivery of online orders in India through Blue Dart or DTDC. The courier is selected according to serviceability at the delivery PIN code.

Dispatch timing

Standard products are normally dispatched within 4–5 working days after full payment and all required operating-system or software details are received. We will send the courier name and tracking reference after dispatch.

Delivery charge and insurance

There is no courier charge for online orders. Transit insurance is included in the checkout total and no additional PALAS handling fee is collected after the online order is accepted.

Delivery inspection

Inspect the package at delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the courier and photograph it before opening. Report damage or an incorrect item to PALAS within 48 hours.
