Privacy policy

PALAS collects the contact, business, product-selection, GSTIN, delivery-address, and transaction-reference information needed to process online orders, arrange courier delivery, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Payments

Payment is processed by PhonePe. PALAS does not receive or store your UPI PIN or bank credentials. PALAS stores the PhonePe transaction reference and confirmation status needed to reconcile the order.

Use and retention

Order records are used for fulfilment, warranty, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. They are retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.

Sharing

PALAS shares delivery information with Blue Dart or DTDC as needed to fulfil the order. PALAS otherwise shares information with service providers only where needed to process payment, host the website, communicate with the buyer, or comply with law. PALAS does not sell personal information.
