Does the hardware come with software?
The hardware is pre-loaded with the OS (Android or Windows). The ordering application depends on your POS provider (like DotPe, PetPooja). If you don't have one, we can provide a basic standalone ordering app.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a standard 3-year onsite warranty for all our kiosks. Extended warranty packages are available upon request.
Can I use my existing billing printer?
Yes! Our kiosks have standard USB and LAN ports. If your printer is USB or Network compatible, it can likely be used with the kiosk, provided your software supports it.
