Yes. A self-ordering flow lets guests browse categories, compare options, add upgrades, and review the order before payment. That clarity reduces hesitation and helps staff focus on service.
Will PALAS work with my current POS?
PALAS kiosks are built to work with existing systems such as DotPe, PetPooja, UEngage, and custom web apps. If direct integration is needed, your POS provider must supply the required APIs.
Does the hardware come with software?
The hardware comes pre-loaded with Android or Windows. You can use your current ordering software, or add PALAS Self Ordering Software with UPI integration if you need a ready-to-use setup.
What are the shipment and payment terms?
Standard delivery is 4-6 weeks. Expedited availability is limited to selected quantities and may be 10-15 working days after order, payment, and all software details are received. Payment is 50% advance with order and the balance 5 working days before shipment.
What is included in the kiosk price?
PALAS kiosk pricing includes capacitive touch, display, quad-core processor, and OS. Printer, card reader, and the optional self-ordering app are priced separately. Warranty is 3 year carry-in for PALAS manufactured items.
